Chip Wagner was a recipient of the Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal
Institute's prestegious 2007 "Scipio "Skip" Del
Campo Award." It was presented by Chapter President Jim
Blaydes, SRA at the annual Chapter Installation and Awards Dinner at
the Hotel Intercontinental Chicago on November 2, 2007. The plaque reads:
"In appreciation of dedicated and cordial leadership afforded Chapter
Members and the Appraisal Profession." Blaydes introduced Wagner
by citing his involvement on the Board of Directors, as well as serving
on the Scholarship Committee, the Membership Recruitment and Retention
Committee, and chairing the Residential Admissions Commitee in 2007.
Wagner was also installed as the 2008 Secretary of the Chicago Chapter
at the dinner.

Headrick-Wagner Appraisal Group, Ltd. was closed, and Chip Wagner re-formed
A.L. Wagner Appraisal Group, Inc. Bob Headrick returned to his business
of Robert E. Headrick & Assoc., Inc.

Chip Wagner attended and presented at the Woldwide ERC's 2007 National
Relocation Conference. The session was titled "You
Think You Know What the Home is Worth? Think Again!"

Chip Wagner was a recipeient of the Relocation Appraisers and Consultants
prestegious "President's Award." The plaque reads: "With
deep appreciation for years of tireless work contributing towards developing
and implementing a process for screening, training and approving professional
relocation appraisers as RAC members."

Chip Wagner attended and presented at the Midwest Grand ERC Conference
at the Midwest Grand Resort. The session was featured as the opening
to the conference and was titled "Dealing with a Challenging Market."

Chip Wagner is serving as Chairman of Worldwide ERC's "The
Appraisal Foundation Advisory
Council" (TAFAC) which monitors changes to USPAP and technical
issues regarding the ERC Summary Appraisal Report.

Chip Wagner has earned the Appraisal
Institute's SRA Designation.
May 2006
Chip Wagner attended the Spring Worldwide ERC Conference in Orlando,
FL. He served on a penel titled "The People Vs. the Relocation
Appraiser" which was a mock courtroom session.
At the conference,
Chip Wagner was awarded ERC's Distinguished Service Award. This is Wagner's
second Distinguished Service Award, the first was earned in 2001.
