Worldwide ERC®
  Relocation Appraising
Thank you to the 500+ appraisers who have taken this seminar in 6 states between 2011 and 2015.
This seminar is still available, but not currently offered... please reach out to me if you are interested in it.
This seminar provides an in-depth look at the Relocation Industry, relocation
appraising and the Worldwide ERC® Summary Appraisal Report (revised
in late 2010). The changes in the form were necessary due to clients needs and
the evolution of USPAP. The learning process is enhanced by samples and case
studies. This seminar has been designed to appeal to both experienced relocation
appraisers as well as appraisers new to relocation, looking for opportunities
to diversify their business. The course may also appeal to real estate industry
professionals, particularly those in relocation as well as relocation appraisal
  review.

    The Seminar will provide:

      - A brief introduction to the Relocation Industry.
- Residential appraisers an introduction to relocation appraising.
- Introduction to the Worldwide ERC® Summary Appraisal Report (version
        2010).
- Opportunities available in the local market to diversify one's practice
to include the specialty of Relocation Appraising.

"Thanks again for developing and presenting such an
informative and useful seminar. I picked up many useful tips." - Donn
  S., Chicago, IL
"I thought the relo class was really helpful. I liked
that in your case studies, you used real market data that could be interpreted
in different ways - it's more 'real-world' not to have made-up data that adjusts
  perfectly." Sara C., Chicago, IL
"The course was well put together and very informative.
I will recommend the course to my colleagues back home." Dave I.,
  Royal Oak, MI
"I enjoyed the relocation seminar that you taught in

As an experienced ERC appraiser, I was somewhat skeptical of taking this class.
Sure am glad I did though. I have told my appraiser friends that your class
was the most practical and informative seminar that I have ever taken. Thanks
Again " - Jim M., Ann Arbor, MI

"I just want to thank you for the relocaton appraisal
seminar in New Jersey. There was an appraiser there who I had been dealing with
for years. She said that she got a lot of good insight from your course when
I spoke to her at the seminar. I just got an appraisal from her and it is so
much better than anything she had ever submitted before! She has statisical
data and support for the adjustments made. Thank you for what you are doing"
